She was very helpful and knowledable with properly switching coverage from one vehicle to another.
The whole process , over the phone took maybey 10 minutes tops.

This man could probably convince State Farm to insure the Titanic retroactively. Every question I had was answered before I even finished asking it. The customer service was so good I almost wanted to buy another car just so I could get another policy.

The office is awesome, the team is incredibly friendly, and Darwyn somehow makes talking about deductibles feel like the most exciting conversation of the week. His son is sometimes questionable but that’s besides the point. If there were a Hall of Fame for insurance agents, they’d have to rename it after him.
